These are the policies of Minerva hotel in Thessaloniki:
For cancellations made up to 4 days before check in, there is no cancellation fee and the deposit is returned in full
For cancellations made less than 4 days before check in or in case of no show, the first night is charged as cancellation fee.
Please note that for non – refundable rooms cancellation policy is as following:
- If cancelled, modified or in case of non-show, 100% of the booking is charged and there is no refund.
- Late checkout is possible except from high season and Fairs.
- For bookings more than 4 days, late checkout is free of charge.
- For booking less than 4 days late checkout is possible and costs 50% of room's price.
Children policy:
- Infants stay in baby cots without any extra charge.
- Children up to 6 years old sharing bed with parents stay in room without any extra charge.
- Children from 6 up to 12 years old stay in room in a separate bed with an extra charge of 50% of room's price.
